Returns & Exchanges
RETURN POLICY - ONLINE, IN-STORE AND OVER THE PHONE PURCHASES
- Online and in-store returns for eligible items will be accepted up to 14 days from the date your order was fulfilled for a STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. We do not process in-store or online refunds.
- Please note that any items bought at a discount are final sale and ineligible for exchange or store credit.
- All SALE items are FINAL sale.
- All accessories, handbags, jewelry, scarves, intimates, bodysuits and swimwear are FINAL sale.
- All items being returned must not be worn, altered or washed. They must be in the same condition in which you received them with all tags still attached.
- A store credit or exchange will be issued if we find the item(s) to be in good condition with all tags upon their arrival.
- Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for a return.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition without shipping labels on the box. Damaged footwear boxes will not qualify for a store credit or exchange.
- Please take care when opening packages as we are unable to accept items damaged in transit or while being opened.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cost of shipping to return your items will be your responsibility.
- If you opted for in-store pick-up in Baton Rouge, you may return your item(s) to the store for a store credit or exchange. You must have your online order receipt for us to process your return.

- Check date of order fulfillment and ensure it is within the 14 day time period
- Email contact@rodeoboutiquebr.com for return approval
- Ship items back to us at the below address
- We do not provide shipping labels for returns

Shipping
We ship using USPS. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Currently we only ship to the United States.
All expedited (Overnight and Second Day Air) orders must be received by 12 p.m. CT to ship that day. If received after 12 p.m., these orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). All expedited costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In-Store Pick Up
We are pleased to offer in-store pick-up as an option for customers located in Baton Rouge depending on item availability. You will be notified when you add the item to your cart about selecting in-store pick up. Your item(s) must be picked up within 7 days of ordering. Online confirmation of order must be present to pick up the item. You may select to have someone else pick up your package if you will not be able to. We will need their name and contact information at time of check-out. Anything ordered after 2pm CST will result in next business day processing. Store hours are 10-6 Monday through Saturday.
